Wholefoods Dinner Party

Cooking with unprocessed foods.
In the past 50 years we have completely changed
the way we prepare our food. However, our bodies
have not changed. We still need the same
nutrients to stay healthy.
Preparing meals with ingredients that are fresh
and whole is the key to healthier living.
 
Learn how to cook with whole grains, natural
sweeteners, fresh veggies, and yes, less meat.
 
One meal per month with a healthy dessert.
Only $15 per person. Kids 10 and under eat free.
We hope to make this a continuing series that
will not only foster better eating, but a new
community of friends and family.
 
Dinners begin at 6:15 pm.
